Job details


Pre-construction phase
•    Arranging personnel & managing the site in general
•    Working with subcontractors on technical issues & schedules
•    Checking the capability of subcontractors
•    Liaising with developers & owners
•    Forming the Project's quality plan


Construction phase
•    Checking installation process at site
•    Urging personnel to ensure that the construction meets technical requirements and schedule
•    Weekly report to head office
•    Working with subcontractors and project management boards on technical issues, if any
•    Carry out acceptance test and handover


Post Construction Phase
•    Coordinate with PM for finalizing acceptance documents
•    Finalizing as build documents
